Your wall deserves a statement. Your order deserves our support.

If your banner arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn’t the item you ordered, contact info@wallanthem.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Once we confirm the issue, choose a free replacement or a full refund for the affected banner. No need to ship it back.

Every banner is made especially for you. Change-of-mind requests and errors in customer-submitted personalization aren’t covered by this promise. Please check your details before ordering.

This promise does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
